- Procurement and delivery of laboratory reagents with consumables required for performing tests, and for certain groups of procurement items, the rental of devices/analyzers (including installation to full functionality, costs of networking into the system and training of workers, all costs of maintenance, servicing, consumables and spare parts) for the needs of the Health Center of Osijek-Baranja County, as stated in the cost estimates with specifications and other conditions specified in this Documentation on get it. The selected tenderer is obliged to carry out the procurement in an orderly, conscientious and responsible manner according to the highest professional standards, in accordance with legal regulations and rules of the profession and according to the conditions and requirements of this procurement documentation. If Interested business entities offer devices/analyzers, before submitting the offer, they are obliged to visit the locations of medical-biochemical laboratories and inspect the premises, in order to determine whether the devices/analyzers provided for rent can be functionally fit into the premises of the laboratory. For this purpose, business entities are obliged to submit a completed form on the inspection of the work space in the offer, which can be found in the attachment.
