- Laboratory equipment is divided into 8 groups, and includes the purchase of equipment with delivery. A detailed description and overview of what is requested is specified in the Technical Specification for each group separately, which forms an integral part of the Documentation, and which the tenderer is obliged to fill out and upload as an integral part of the offer. The warranty period is expressed in months and is counted from the day the device was handed over. The minimum acceptable warranty period is 12 months for groups 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, while the offered warranty period is specified by the bidder in Annex 1 - Statement of for the duration of the warranty period. For group 8, the minimum acceptable warranty period is 24 months, and bidders are not obliged to fill out Annex 1 - Statement on the warranty period for group 8. Bidders are obliged to complete Annex 2 - Statement of measures for all groups limitations. The offer is submitted by electronic means of communication through the EOJN of the Republic of Croatia. Pursuant to the PPL 2016, it is considered that an offer submitted by electronic means of communication through the EOJN of the Republic of Croatia binds the offeror within the validity period of the offer, regardless of whether signed or not and that the client may not reject such an offer only for this reason.
