Description:
The subject of this procedure is the procurement of the goods - the electricity supply for a period of 12 accounting months from the conclusion of individual contracts, or from the involvement of the calculation of measuring sites in the Biland Particular Group of the System Supervisor, in accordance with the technical characteristicsand other conditions in this procurement documentation.
The client conducts a green public procurement procedure and requires at least 50% of the total electricity that the selected bidder will be delivered to be produced from renewable energy sources (so -called "green energy").
To stimulate energy productionfrom renewable sources, in order to become more competitive energy obtained from conventional sources and encouraging new sources of renewable energy and achieving sustainable development, the client has determined that electricity must contain the above minimum percentage of electricityfrom renewable sources.
Renewable energy sources are renewable non-wind energy, sunshine, airothermal, geothermal and hydrothermal energy, watercourse, energy from biomass, gas dumps, gas from processing plantswastewater and biogas (Law on Electricity Market, Official Gazette 111/21, 83/23 and 17/25).
