Description:
The subject of procurement is the overhaul of the ships of the Jadrolinija Fleet Fleet, according to the attached list of Jadrolinija Fleet ships with basic data (Annex 1.-Special published in EOJN). A list of ships is subject to changes (in case the contracting authority has been purchased by new ships during the dynamic system or expenditure old ships).
Each single ship is a separate category and the contracting authority at the same time, through EOJN, will invite all selected competitors who have access to the category (individual ship) that corresponds to the separate procurement to submit the offer for each separate procurement within the dynamic procurement system, Pursuant to Article 161.
