- The subject of procurement is the procurement of computers and computer equipment, all in accordance with the detailed description, types and quantities determined in the technical specification pattern (Annex 1_technical specifications_dir-2025-018 for groups 1-3 items of procurement-further into text: Annex 1) and cost-owner (cost_dir-2025-018 for groups for groups 1 - 3 procurement items - further in the text: cost) of the procurement subject, which are an integral part of don. Bidders are obliged to offer the subject of procurement in accordance with the technical specifications and all the conditions listed in the DON (or better characteristics).
Shipped goods must be original, new and unchanted, Packed in the original factory package marking the market name of a brand/manufacturer and satisfying all the prescribed technical specifications and satisfy all standards according to positive regulations in the Republic of Croatia.
