- The subject of procurement is the services of combined collective insurance of persons as a result of an accident. INSURANCE SERVICES - INSURANCE OF PERSONS FROM THE CONSEQUENCES OF ACCIDENTS The subject of procurement is the services of combined collective insurance of persons as a result of an accident. Pursuant to Article 4. paragraph 2 of the Ordinance on procurement documentation and tenders in public procurement procedures (Official Gazette, No. 65/17, 75/20 and 92/25; hereinafter: Ordinance), the amount of procurement items is foreseen (indicative) due to the nature of the service being procured. Really the quantity purchased based on the framework agreement may be greater or less than the intended (framework) quantity, that is, it depends on the needs and available financial resources of the user. The service of collective insurance of persons as a result of an accident is purchased for approximately 254,700 people. The data on the number of employees is provided (framed) and the specified number of persons is used only for the calculation of the offer for the public tender. When concluding the insurance contract, the Policyholder will determine the exact number of employees who are insured and that number will be stated in the insurance contract, i.e. the insurance policy, and the insurance premium will be determined according to it. At the end of each insurance year and insurance contract or insurance policy, the actual number of persons will be determined that were insured during the insurance period, and the final calculation of the premium will be made.
