Description:
The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of a business system for the needs of the Bus Station, which will enable comprehensive support in the planning, implementation and monitoring of tasks and activities related to the activities of the Bus Station, such as the reception and dispatch of bus traffic and passengers, ticket sales, services parking, cloakroom, sanitary facilities, etc., using automated business processes, advanced sales algorithms and optimization, and at the same time it will be an interface to the business systems of Autoprevoznik.
A new Information System for business management of the Bus Station will be established is based on a three-tier architecture to enable scalability, flexibility and availability. The system will be fully compatible with the ERP system that is being introduced at the level of ZGH. The new system enables the integration and implementation of new systems and increases the functionality of business management and bus station services.
