• Description:
• The subject of procurement is the implementation services of the Work Program of Control Observers in Sea Fisheries for the period from May 19, 2026 to May 18, 2027. The work program of control observers in sea fisheries (hereinafter: the Program) is drawn up by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Directorate of Fisheries (hereinafter: MAŠR-UR) in accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on conditions and working methods of authorized observers in fisheries (Official Gazette 52/23, 35/25 and 26/26) (hereinafter: Ordinance). It's being programmed prescribe the tasks of control observers on tugboats engaged in activities related to tuna fishing and other activities that include the engagement of tugboats for the purpose of transferring live tuna outside the farm, and the reporting forms that are observers must fulfill during their engagement. This item of procurement includes the implementation of control under the competence of national observers according to Regulation (EU) 2023/2053 and ICCAT Recommendation 25-04 during the bluefin tuna fishing and farming season in the period from May 19, 2026 to May 18, 2027. The duration of engagement of each of the engaged observers may vary depending on the activity.
