• Description:
• The subject of the procurement is hotel accommodation for the officials of the Customs Administration in the area of ​​the city of Zagreb in accommodation units in the area of ​​the city of Zagreb with breakfast service and available parking spaces within the hotel. The accommodation facility (hotel) must contain a minimum of thirty (30) accommodation units for accommodation of thirty (30) persons in a separate room and categorized with at least three (3) stars, the rooms must be air-conditioned with a TV and Internet access in the room. The service is performed in accordance with the applicable regulations in hotel and catering industry, which implies adequate heating of the space, change of bed linen at least once a week, towels twice a week, and daily maintenance of the cleanliness of the used spaces. Actual quantity procured based on contract of the public procurement contract may be greater or less than the estimated quantity, and it will depend on the actual need of the Client during the duration of the public procurement contract. The approximate amount of procurement items is in accordance with Annex no. 2. - The bill of costs, which is an integral part of this Documentation. The client reserves the right to visit the bidder's location where the service is performed, and in case of inadequate conditions for accommodation, the bidder's bid will be rejected. The client commits to at least two (2) weeks before the accommodation date inform the selected bidder about the exact amount of the accommodation service.
