In this procedure, the estimated value is: EUR 224,500.00 without VAT
The subject of procurement is the procurement of general chemicals for the needs of organizational units of the Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food, in accordance with the conditions and requirements in the prescribed Cost estimates - technical specifications and the entire Procurement Documentation,
in which the name, quantity and other conditions necessary for the preparation of the offer are indicated.
The procedure is carried out with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with one economic entity by groups of procurement items.
Duration of the Framework agreement is 24 months.
On the basis of the Framework Agreement, one or more individual contracts will be concluded during the duration of the Framework Agreement.
For all groups of procurement items, the Client determines the approximate quantity of procurement items.
The subject of procurement is divided into 10 groups.
The bidder can submit a bid for one, more or all groups of procurement items.
