- The subject of procurement of this DSN is the procurement of goods, services and works related to the execution of forestry works: the construction and maintenance of forest infrastructure. The procurement of goods means the procurement of stone materials for the purpose of building and reflecting forest infrastructure, the supply of services implies a service Transportation of stone material for the same purpose, while the procurement of the works is to be involved in the rehabilitation, maintenance and construction of forest infrastructure. Forest infrastructure implies primary and secondary forest infrastructure. Primary covers all categories of forest roads intended For the purposes of sustainable forest management and, as a rule, it consists of the lower and upper structure, while the secondary infrastructure includes as a rule of tractor trains and pathways and the wire lines, which primarily serve to attract, export or present wood from the forest, special forest machines.
According to Rulebook, performing the above types of forestry works requires the possession of a license issued by the Croatian Chamber of Forestry and wood technology engineers (hereinafter: HKIŠDT), which will be sought as a condition of ability within separate procurements.
The subject of procurement will be obtained within the DSN, by implementing The so -called separate procurement (mini competition).
