- The subject of procurement is the procurement of food products for the needs of the Zagreb Children's Clinic, in accordance with the Cost Sheets and other conditions specified in this Procurement Documentation (hereinafter: Documentation).
A constructive description of the procurement items is in the associated cost estimates, which are an integral part of this Procurement Documentation.
The delivered procurement item must correspond to the valid regulations in the Republic of Croatia.
The selected tenderer is obliged to carry out the delivery of the procurement items in an orderly, conscientious and responsible manner, with the attention of a good expert, according to the highest professional standards, orders and instructions of the Client, and the conditions and requirements from this Procurement Documentation.
If the selected tenderer temporarily does not have a specific item from the cost list of the group of procurement items for which he was selected, he is obliged to pay at his own expense procure the subject item and deliver it to the Client at the prices from the cost list of the selected offer and within the agreed deadlines.
