Description:
The existing school does not comply with the Normatives for dimensioning the space of primary schools in the Republic of Croatia 2022 for teaching in one shift. In the existing school, classes are held for students from 1st to 8th grade, i.e. class and subject classes in two shifts. The goal is to provide one-shift teaching for all classes and subject classes and, accordingly, it is necessary to build a new space.
The subject of the procurement is the addition of a building-a building with a regular floor plan shape, total floor plan dimensions of 54.96x19.05 m, storey Pr+1 and a total height of 10.14 m measured from the lowest elevation of the landscaped terrain, which would a connecting corridor with total dimensions of 15.65x3.20 m, ground floor level, was connected to the existing school building on the ground floor level, as a warm connection.
The newly planned building will house seven general classrooms, technical education with storage, a library, part of the PVN, cabinets, an elevator, sanitary facilities, garbage disposal area, changing rooms, technical area and connecting corridor with the existing school.
As part of the project, the school's environment will be improved, and new facilities will be built and arranged in accordance with relevant norms.
