- The subject of procurement is the extension of validity and standard maintenance of IBM licensed software (Security Directory Suite, Security Identity and Role Management, Control Desk, Storage Virtualization) with included:
- solving priority problems "priority 1 problem" in 24x7 mode,
- possibilityteam's download and application of new software versions aligned with new operating systems and the needs of the information system
- new drivers and new security patches,
- possibilities to download the necessary software via the Internet and
- support for built-in OpenSourcecomponents.
In addition to the extension of IBM software, the subject of procurement will be the integration service of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system with the IT Service Management Control system.
