• Description:
• With this project, HEP Toplinarstva d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Obligor):
  (I) conducts an assessment of the Obligor's compliance with the requirements of the Cyber Security Act (Official Gazette 14/2024, hereinafter: ZKS),
  (II) identify key deficiencies in information (IT) and operational (OT) automation and control systems with regard to the ZKS, the corresponding Regulation on Cyber Security (Official Gazette 135/2024, hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), under legal acts and recognized norms, primarily ISA/IEC 62443 cyber security of industrial automation and control systems in the energy sector,
  (III) creates an implementation plan measures to achieve the required compliance based primarily on the requirements of the ZKS and the Regulation and on the applicable requirements of the norms ISA/IEC 62443 2-1, ISA/IEC 62443 3-3 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and
  (IV) implementation of security measures and countermeasures that are part of the complete cyber security program of the Obligor and (V) establishes continuous monitoring and resolution of security incidents in OT and IT systems.
