Description:
Progress in the implementation of the part of the specific objectives of the Strategic Plan (SO1, SO4, SO5 and SO6) and evaluation of specific topics in the area of green architecture with a detailed evaluation of environmental agriculture.
(in Lieutenant: Strategic Plan) are foreseen by support instruments, as a continuation of the use of rural development program, which ensure long -term food supply safety, and at the same time contribute to activity in the field of climate, protection of natural resources and preserve/increase biodiversity and strengthen socioeconomic structures of rural areas. A strategic plan with the obligation to respect conditionality and social conditionality as a starting basis, interventions for funding for direct payments, support for rural development and interventions specific to certain market sectors are envisaged. The activities that will be carried out in order to achieve the purpose of the evaluation plan are the evaluation of interventions in relation to the contribution to the following specific goals of the strategic plan:
- Support for sustainable income of agricultural holdings and the resilience of the agricultural sector throughout the Union to improve the long-term security of food supply and agricultural diversity and ensure the economic sustainability of agricultural production in the Union (SO1);
