The Purchasing Subject to the Maintenance of the IT System of Esk consisting of primary maintenance that includes preventive and corrective maintenance maintenance, in a way that adaptive maintenance includes management activities and integration with other services, processesand projects in the Ministry of Justice, Administration and Digital Transformation.
IT System Esuk is a quality management system in public administration bodies (SE) to implement the quality management methodology and processes in the TJE. This allows a holistic review of services and relevantprocesses carried out in individual TJU, and ensuring the same quality of service provision for all citizens of the Republic of Croatia.
Maintenance Services relate to the electronic quality management system (ESUK) consisting of two basic modules: the quality and module of the process.is to cost and technical specification, which consists of an integral part of this procurement documentation.
