Description:
The subject of procurement is the internal equipment of the hall in the theater and Concert Hall of Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić in Slavonski Brod, in accordance with the cost-by-technical specification, and the proposal of the contract, and the project documentation, which is attached and comprised of the procurement documentation on the procurement. The procurement includesprocurement, supply and installation/assembly of equipment that is the subject of this procedure to complete functionality.
The tenderer is obliged to offer and execute the procurement in accordance with the conditions specified in the procurement documentation, the cost, applicable laws and regulations and the rules of the profession.
The cost is attachedas a separate document in non -standardized form and is an integral part of this procurement documentation. The offered goods must fully meet all the required conditions of the procurement subject and from the detailed specifications listed in the cost and project documentation.
Bidder may not change the descriptionsThe item of procurement listed in the costbook, nor to correspond the columns or change the cost of the costs in any way. The unit prices of each cost item and the total price must be rounded up on two decimals and expressed in euros.
