Location of the subject building The student's dormitory is at ID no. 2468/2, registered office Čakovec, Športska 1. Čestica is located in the northern part of the city of Čakovec as part of the sports and high school complex. The building in question is a part of a larger, mutually purposefully connected unit consisting of a building Building School (south), building school hall (east), school workshop (west) and boiler room (south). To the north of the plot there is an access road, Športska ulica at c. no. 5509/2. The student dormitory is an existing building consisting of two volume connected by an entrance area - accommodation part and administration and economic-technical part (restaurant with dining room). The building was designed to accommodate 189 students, and the dining hall has 100 seats. It was built in 1977.
