- The subject of the purchase is the purchase of equipment for screening passengers and hand luggage, namely the purchase of devices for protective screening of hand luggage with automated lines and devices for screening persons Body scanner (SSc), all in accordance with Annex 1. Technical specifications and Annex 2. Cost sheet.
Delivery of procurement items includes delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning, as well as testing of technical correctness at the customer's location after installation (Site Acceptance Test), and training for a minimum of 3 representatives of the Customer for regular work with the equipment in question for a minimum of 6 hours on the premises The client. In the event that the Client sends a Request for factory testing of the offered equipment before delivery (Factory Acceptance Test), the Selected Bidder is obliged to enable the same. After the delivery of the goods in question, one or, in the case of successive deliveries, several Records on the delivery of the goods are signed, while after delivery of the entire procurement item, he signs the Handover Record.
During the warranty period, the selected Bidder is obliged to carry out 2 regular annual services in question equipment and provide the necessary spare parts at your own expense.
All subject equipment must be new, functional and unused.
