Description:
The subject of procurement is the energy renovation of the Public Fire Department of the City of Slavonski Brod, in accordance with the cost, the proposal of the contract and the project documentation, which are attached and consists of an integral part of the procurement documentation.
Project of Energy Restoration of the City Fire Department building Slavonski Brod is envisaged by the implementation of integral energy renovation, which will significantly contribute to lower consumption of primary energy, reducing the annual the necessary thermal energy for heating and harmful CO2 emissions. The implementation of energy renovation measures will result in the transition of an object from the energy Class F to class C, saving an annual primary energy of 48%, saving annually the necessary thermal energy for heating of 65%and a decrease in CO2 emissions of 65%.
Unit prices Each cost item and total price must be rounded up on two decimals and expressed in euros.
The bidder may not change the descriptions of the subject procurement listed in the costbook or correspond to the columns or in any way change the content of the costs. Offered works must in whole meet all the required conditions of the procurement item and from the detailed specification specified in the cost and project documentation. The bidder is obliged to give unit prices for all items from the costs. The unit prices listed in the costs will be fixed during the contract.
