Economic operators offer the subject of procurement in accordance with the general conditions for the use of the network and the electricity supply (Official Gazette 100/22), compliance with all the Electricity Laws Law (Official Gazette Number 22/13, 95/15, 105/105, 68/18, 52/19) and other regulations that regulate the electricity market.
Processing elements:
The electricity calculation will be made by the selected tenderer based on the measuring data that will be determined by the distribution system operator at the accounting measuring sites of the client, in accordance with the general conditions for the use of the network and electricity supply (Official Gazette 100/22) and the network rules of the distribution system (Official Gazette 74/18, 52/20). The calculation elements on the basis of which the electricity supply is calculated are:
1. The occupied work energy taken expressed in KWH that is determined by measuring. Tariff items for the sale of electricity are determined according to the time of day and are divided into:
- More daily tariff items (VT),
- lower daily tariff items (NT),
- unique tariff (JT): Electricity is calculated at a measuring location with
tariff a model where only one tariff is calculated (eg tariff model - low voltage blue). According to the higher daily tariff items, electricity shipped from 07:00 to 21:00 in the winter time counting period, and from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm in the period in the period Summer ... - Documents:
