• Description:
• ELECTRICITY SUPPLY The subject of the procurement is the procurement of electricity, in accordance with the cost list that forms an integral part of this Procurement Documentation. The delivered electricity must contain at least 50% of electricity from renewable sources. Renewable energy sources, in the sense of this Documentation, are renewable non-fossil sources, including wind energy, solar energy, aerothermal, geothermal and hydrothermal energy, sea energy, watercourse energy, energy from biomass, gas from landfills, gas from wastewater treatment plants and biogas, in accordance with the Electricity Market Act (Official Gazette No. 111/21, 83/23, 17/25). The list of calculation measuring points is variable due to the possibility of introducing new and abolishing existing measuring points during duration of the contract. The calculation of electricity will be carried out according to the calculation measuring points specified in the list, in accordance with the Ordinance on general conditions for the use of the network and the supply of electricity (Official Gazette 100/22) and the Network Rules of the Electricity system (NN 36/06).
