• The subject of procurement is the supply of electricity in accordance with the technical characteristics and other conditions from this Procurement Documentation. Supply of electricity The subject of procurement is the supply of electricity in accordance with the technical characteristics and other conditions from this Procurement Documentation. The technical specifications of this item of procurement can be found in the Cost Sheet. Each bidder is obliged to ensure a continuous supply of electricity according to the user's metering points from 0-24 hours. Any possible interruption in supply must be reported to the Client in a timely manner. The client will in the case the need for additional data for the purpose of making an offer, based on the request of the economic entity and in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on general conditions for the use of the network and the supply of electricity (Official Gazette, No. 100/22, 134/24 and 19/25) and the Network Rules of the Distribution System (Official Gazette, number 74/18 and 52/20) to issue written authorizations for access to measurement data to interested economic entities, which can additionally be obtained from HEP ODS d.o.o.
