- Electricity supply for a period of two years The subject of this public procurement procedure is the procurement of goods, i.e. the supply of electricity to the Client as a privileged customer, in accordance with the technical characteristics and other required conditions specified in tender documentation. The delivered electricity must contain a minimum of 50% of electricity from renewable sources. Energy from renewable sources or renewable energy is energy from renewable non-fossil sources, for example energy wind, solar energy (thermal and photovoltaic) and geothermal energy, energy from the environment, tidal energy and other ocean energy, hydropower, biomass, gas obtained from waste, gas obtained from wastewater treatment plants and biogas (article 3 of the Electricity Market Act (Official Gazette 111/21 and 83/23). As a confirmation of the fulfillment of the conditions on the origin of electricity, the selected bidder (Supplier) is obliged, after the delivery of electricity, to submit to the Client a Certificate of Origin electricity in accordance with the Methodology for determining the origin of electricity (Article 19, Official Gazette No. 133/14 and 127/19). In case of non-delivery of the requested certificate, i.e. in the case that the selected tenderer (Supplier) does not prove with the submitted certificate that percentage share, specified in the offer of the selected bidder, of the delivered electricity produced from renewable energy sources, the said action will be considered a breach of contractual obligations, based on which Order...
