- The subject of procurement is the supply of electricity of the client, as a privileged buyer, in accordance with the description, scope and quantities determined in the technical specifications, the list of accounting measuring sites, costs and this procurement documentation.
The client has a total of 1,000 measuring sites, with the scheduledConsumption over a 12 -month period of 22,654,000 kWh, at least 20% of the total estimated amount of electricity must be produced from renewable energy sources in accordance with the Sustainable Development Strategy of the Republic of Croatia (OG 30/09).The bidder (supplier) is obliged to submit to the contracting authority, upon executed electricity delivery, a valid certificate/certificate from the register of guarantees of the origin of the electricity of the Croatian domain (which is kept at the Croatian Energy Market Market Ltd.
