Descripting: The subject of this joint public procurement procedure is the electricity of the Student Center of Dubrovnik, the Student Center in Osijek, the Student Center of Pozega and the Student Center Split (hereinafter: Users) and in accordance with the technical characteristics and other requested conditions indicated in this procurement documentation.
The contracting authority conducts a green public procurement procedure and asks that at least 50% of the total electricity that the selected bidder will be delivered to be produced from renewable energy sources (the so -called "green energy").
Renewable energy sources are energy from renewable non -inflastable sources, such as wind energy, solar energy (thermal and photonaponic) and geothermal energy, environmental energy, tide energy and other ocean energy, hydroenergy, biomass, gas obtained from waste, gas obtained from wastewater processing and biogas (Article 3, paragraph 68, Law on Electricity Market, Official Gazette, No. and 111/21).
