- Electricity is delivered in accordance with the technical specification/cost, the Regulations on the General Conditions for the use of the network and the electricity supply (Official Gazette 100/22, 134/24, 19/25), complying in all the Law on Electricity Market (Official Gazette 111/21,83/23, 17/25) and other regulations regulating the electricity market.
The delivered electricity must contain a minimum of 50% electricity from renewable sources.
In order to stimulate energy production from renewable sources, and in order to become more competitive energy obtained fromConventional sources and encouraging the construction of new renewable energy sources and achievement of sustainable development, the contracting authority has determined that the electricity must contain the aforementioned minimum percentage of electricity from renewable sources. Namely, based on an integrated national energyAnd the climate plan of the Republic of Croatia for the period from 2021 to 2030 and the benchmarks for green public procurement in the EU for electricity, at least 50% of the electricity delivered must come from renewable energy sources and/ or high -end cogeneration (with the bidder to indicate the shareelectricity from renewable sources by which he meant to supply the client).
