- ECC device for the needs of the Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery of the KBC Osijek, including delivery of the device, installation and release to the full function of the device operation, educating users on handling and working with equipment (for 1 working day at the site of the device installation by educated specialist) and regular maintenance of equipment during the warranty period for a minimum of 12 (twelve) months.
Contractual obligations begin the day of the mutual signature of the Public Agreement Get goods. Deadline for delivery, installation, commissioning of the device operation, the training of the client's staff on the manner of handling and operating equipment, and the purchasing subject of the procurement is 60 (sixty) days from the date of concluding the contract. Deadline for full fulfillment of all contractual Liabilities (complete service and maintenance with all spare parts of the operating device in full function) lasts until the expiration of the agreed warranty period lasting from a minimum of 12 (twelve months).
