The subject of procurement is the preparation of documentation for the purpose of applying and obtaining the energy community in the area of the City of Požega as defined by the project task and the costbook and the other required conditions indicated in this procurement documentation.

The subject of procurement is the preparation of documentation for the purpose of applying and obtaining the energy community in the area of the City of Požega as defined by the project task and the costbook and the other required conditions indicated in this procurement documentation.
Pro-efficient project harmonized is with the principle of "not causing significant damage" (to the NO Significant Harm, further: DNSH), that is, does not cause significant damage to the environmental goals within the meaning of Article 17. 22. 6. 2020, p. 13.), whose application was further elaborated in the Commission notification - technical guidelines on the application of the principle "does not inflict significant damage" (2021/C 58/01).
The principle of DNSH must be applied when providing the service in question, and the contract will be included in the compliance clause with the above principle.
The selected bidder is obliged to sign a statement of compliance with the DNSH principle upon execution of the contract.
