- The Procurement Item is a Medical Device: "Digital Mammograph with Stereotaxy" for the needs of the Clinical Department of KBC Osijek, including the delivery of medical equipment, installation and commissioning of the device operation, manage of users on how to handle with equipment and regular maintenance of equipment during the warranty period for a minimum duration of 24 (twenty -four) months.
Bidders are obliged to offer the subject of procurement in accordance with the requirements and needs of the client described in the acquisition cost.
Contractual obligations that include assembly, letting go in Full function of the device of the device, educating the staff of the client on the management and work of equipment (for 2 working days in the client premises), and neatly completed the handover of the supplied item of the procurement, the supplier will execute no later than the date on 01.12.2025. A deadline for complete fulfillment of all Contracting obligations (complete service and maintenance and maintenance with all spare parts for work in full function) lasts until the expiration of the agreed warranty period lasting from a minimum of 24 (twenty) months.
