Description:
The following is a description of the scope of the services expected within the implementation of the contract, that is, all its activities that will be the subject of execution of services that are the subject of the procurement. The extent described does not represent the totality of the sought -after services, but the bidder, or the designer, should be made complete necessary Preparations and activities within the activity 1-4 according to the "turnkey" calculation system in accordance with the description and explanations from this don, the rules of the profession and applicable laws.
Activities within the entire project are:
1. Modification of the project to remove the existing building, building A (activity 1);
2.novacija spatial program; Pluent of the conceptual solution with a novellael program and obtaining special construction conditions (activity 2)
3. Execution of the study that precedes the development of the main project and the development of the main project and the obtaining of a building permit (activity 3);
4. Performing Project with the Customer To select a contractor (activity 4)
5. Projects over construction construction (activity 5)
1-5 is concluded for all activities 1-5.
