The subject of the procurement refers to the development and establishment of a digital mobile platform and application in accordance with the functional and technical specifications defined in the Terms of Reference (Annex 1). The implemented system architecture will enable the initial presentation of 20 digital public services, with standardswith a focused approach to UX/UI design that will enable further exposure of other digital public services in the coming period.
