- The subject of procurement is the services of designing, carrying out works and obtaining permits (building permits, environmental permits, use permits, temporary permits for waste management, etc. as defined in Book 3 - ORDERING REQUIREMENTS) for the project construction of the Regional Center for Waste Management "Orlovnjak", in everything according to the terms of the contract for Facilities and design and construction for electrotechnical and mechanical buildings and works according to the Contractor's projects (FIDIC Yellow Book, first edition 1999, Croatian translation published by the Croatian Association of Consultants, the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers and the Association of Consulting Companies in Construction, published in 2014). The subject of the works is commissioning of the plant, training of the Client's staff, proving the required parameters in the trial run and during tests upon completion, including the implementation of a technical inspection and the elimination of hidden defects during the 24-month defect notification period (DNP). The subject of procurement is detailed described in Book 3 - Client's Requirements and Book 4 - Price List, which are an integral part of procurement documentation. In Book 5 - Bases there are bases for designing and blueprints.
