- The course of procurement is the design of the electronic communications network, electronic communications network construction and the delivery of goods for the electronic communications network, as well as accompanying geodetic services in construction and bringing the electronic communication network to the operational status with obtaining All necessary consent, permit, certificates / certificates and resolving property legal relations. It is an immovable access electronic communication network of the next generation that is designed and builds in the so-called White NGA areas in the area of Nina and the Municipality of Privlaka and Vrsi (hereinafter: the target area of the implementation of the project). In accordance with Art. 630 of the Law on Obligations (OG 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22 and 155/23), delivery of the procurement item contract with the "key in hand" provision, according to a detailed description in Annex 1 (project task).
