• Dental material The subject of procurement is the procurement of dental material. Technical specifications with a detailed description of the subject of procurement are determined by the description of the subject of procurement and the corresponding Cost Schedule. Bidders are obliged to study the tender documentation in detail and the cost list attached to this Procurement Documentation and familiarize yourself with all the requirements from the same and prepare and submit your offer accordingly. All deliveries within the scope of procurement must include only new and unused goods / articles, which their quality is harmonized with the valid regulations and standards of the competent authorities, i.e. the standard prescribed by the European Union. The delivered products must fully correspond to the offered products specified in the Price List and in the technical specification documentation from point 2. Content and method of preparation (part of the Instructions for bidders). Only exceptionally, in justified, unforeseen cases, based on the prior consent of the Client, the selected bidder can deliver replacement goods / articles that must be of equal or better quality than those requested in the Cost Sheet. All costs of maintenance, servicing and spare parts are borne by the selected bidder for the duration of the framework agreement, i.e. individual contract, and in case of impossibility of repair, he is obliged provide the Client with a replacement device.
