- The subject of procurement is the creation of project-technical documentation (main design and implementation projects with cost estimates) of the Opatija City Swimming Pool in accordance with the location conditions. 885/3, no. 873/2, dijelu k.Δ. 873/1 and on the part of c. no. 876, k.o. Volosko (NI) with a total area of ββ14,119 m2.
As part of the construction of the pool, it is planned to arrange and move the existing flow of the Lipovica torrent and secure the construction pit in the form of installing self-drilling anchors and shotcrete. Regulating the course of the torrent Lipovica and djelthe ohmic displacement of its bed would ensure the spatial conditions for the construction of a swimming pool. Given that there is an overlap of the position of the existing surface and closed part of the Lipovica torrent with the planned content of the new basin, it is necessary to carry out the reconstruction of the Lipovica torrent bed in such a way that withe respect architectural and infrastructure solutions. The main goal of further development is to enable safe drainage and prevent erosion processes and flooding by displacing the flow of the torrent and arranging the existing channel.and the relocation of the buried liquefied petroleum gas tank (to a more favorable and closer location to the Marino CvetkoviΔ hall).
The floor plan area of ββthe pool building should be up to 1967 m2, the total gross area up to 5205 m2 and the total height of the building up to 13.40 m. The building should contain one fully buried underground... - Documents:
