• Description:
• The subject of the procurement is the creation of project documentation with design supervision and the execution of renovation works of 3 earthquake-damaged residential and commercial buildings and one commercial building that make up the Jelačić Block, as regulated by the Law on Reconstruction, the Program of Measures, the Law on construction and the related regulations governing renovation as well as the regulations governing the performance of spatial planning and construction activities and any subsequent amendment and supplement to those regulations. The scope of the contractor's activities includes designing and design supervision and execution of renovation works according to the principle of "turnkey" accounting until full functionality, in accordance with Article 630 of the Law on Obligations (Official Gazette 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22, 155/23). All subject buildings are located in the area of ​​cultural property - Historic urban complex City of Zagreb - zone A, registered in the Register of Cultural Property of the Republic of Croatia under number Z-1525. The buildings Trg bana Josipa Jelačića 1/Ilica 2 and Trg bana Josipa Jelačića 2 are located within the recorded archaeological zone - Gornji Grad, Nova Ves, Kaptol, Wallachia.
