- Creation of project documentation and performance of design supervision of the construction of the biological segment - Rugvica 1. creation of project documentation (main and executive project) with cost estimates 2. support in communication with authorities for the purpose of coordination and settlement all other documentation necessary for construction, 3. support in obtaining a construction permit and/or preparation of all other documentation necessary for obtaining a construction permit or the execution of this Agreement (including, for example, preparation of cost estimates, support in the preparation of tenders documentation, etc.) as well as 4. carrying out design supervision of the construction of the biological segment The projects must be created according to the document from September 2025, Urban-Architectural Conceptual Design RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN THE LOCATION OF RUGVICA, and the instructions The client. All projects must be completed in full compliance with the Law on Construction (Official Gazette 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19 and 145/24) and the Ordinance on Mandatory Content and Equipment of Construction Projects (Official Gazette 118/19 and 65/20).
