- As it is an extremely large-scale project, it will be divided into several phases, and this public procurement procedure will include the first phase of implementation of the reporting and analytical information system - delivery of data areas, i.e. reporting domains for:
•Office operations
•Socialcare
•Accounting and finance
The service that is the subject of this public procurement procedure will be realized through 20 deliveries - 6 deliveries for each data area (Office operations, Social care, Finance and accounting) and the creation of reports according to the Client's request and the delivery of source code etctechnical documentation. For each delivered delivery, a record will be drawn up that will confirm that delivery, and it will be signed by the responsible representative of the Customer and the representative of the provider.
