Description:
The subject of the procurement is defined by the building permit with the associated project documentation, the Main Project, the Implementation Project and the Cost Sheet as follows:
1. Building permit (Class: UP/I-361-03/21-01/000157, Registration number: 2170/1-03-02/5-22-0020, dated January 11, 2022, valid since February 10, 2022. Mr.)
2. Decision on amending and/or supplementing the building permit (Class: UP/I-361-03/24-01/000240, Registration number: 2170-03-02/5-24-0016, dated 12/23/2024, valid from 1/18/2025)
3. Decision on extending the validity of the building permit (Class: UP/I-361-03/24-01/000370, Registration number: 2170-03-02/4-24-0003, dated 27.12. 2024, valid from 12/30/2024)
It will be considered that before submitting the offer, the economic entity has studied this Procurement Documentation and the project documentation in all respects, that it has obtained all the necessary data that affect the performance of the works, and that it has submitted its offer based on all of this.
U for the purposes of this Procurement Documentation, the subject of procurement includes the performance of works according to the cost estimate and associated projects, all as defined in the Cost Estimate and project documentation, which form an inseparable part of this Procurement Documentation.
