• Description:
• The subject of procurement is the construction of a new elementary school building and school hall in Dugi Selo, Zelena Street, street no. 182, k.o. Andrilovec. The project includes furnishing and construction of the school building and school hall, as well as landscaping (school grounds, space for outdoor classes, access roads and pedestrian areas, parking lot, school square and others. The project is financed based on the Agreement on the allocation of grants for projects financed from the mechanism for recovery and resilience - Construction of a new school and two-part sports halls and small halls in Dugi Selo - NPOO.C3.1.R1-12.01-V1.0042 The construction will be carried out in accordance with the valid Normatives for dimensioning the space of primary schools in the Republic of Croatia in 2022 for teaching in one shift, which must be placed in existing capacities and in the newly planned school building. It is planned to build a school building with a total of 24 classes, i.e. for a total of approx. 672 children in 12+12 grade classes. Design the school building, the school hall complex and other outdoor spaces in everything according to valid Norms... table types 4/5 for 24 RO. The total area of ​​the planned intervention for the described number of wards and the number of children is, according to the current regulations, approximately 6,841.0 m2 gross. Ensuring necessary and additional spaces in accordance with standards and specifics user requirements and in accordance with the 2022 norms for the dimensioning of primary school spaces in the Republic of Croatia and to a certain extent in accordance with the still valid National Pedagogical Standard of the primary school education system...
