• Description:
• The project represents an infrastructural investment in the construction and equipping of the new district school "North" in Čakovec. The project assignment envisages the construction and equipping of a new regional school for 448 students, with 16 classrooms with a maximum of 28 students per class. The project the construction of a one-part and small school sports hall is planned, which belongs to a school with 16 classes according to the Norms. The school has the regular shape of a cube, and it is made up of a school cube with classrooms and a school hall cube. The two buildings are connected on the ground floor the inner space of the hall and the outer walking porch. The outdoor space consists of a large porch around the entire school and two courtyards for outdoor classes. The school is P+2 floors, and the school hall is P+1. The goal of the project is to provide sufficient infrastructure and material capacities for crossing I. and III. Elementary School Čakovec to work in one shift and spend the whole day at school. The infrastructural investment in the construction and equipping of the new Regional School "Sjever" will enable equal access and quality of education to all students and provide better conditions for learning and teaching.
