- The subject of procurement is the construction of a new elementary school of Red House with a total of 17 classrooms for 16 classes (format 8*28+8*28 in accordance with MZU norms) and the accompanying content of that two-part school sports hall.
The school will be built in the settlement of the Red House north of Josip Hatze and west From Ivo MaΕ‘ina Street to cp no. 3812/13, k.o. Black that has an area of 9,257.00 m2. The new planned school space is a total gross area of 3,358.09 m2, a two -piece school sports hall is a total gross area of 1,295.03 m2, and the total gross area of the school and the school sports hall is 4,653.93 m2.
