• Construction project manager on the construction project of Ana Katarina Zrinski Retkovci Elementary School. The client will apply the rules that apply to high-value procurement to this public procurement procedure. Construction project manager on the Elementary School construction project Ana Katarina Zrinski Retkovci. Construction project management service (project manager) for the construction and furnishing of the Ana Katarina Zrinski Retkovci Elementary School in accordance with Article 33 of the Act on Spatial Planning and Construction Activities and Activities ("Official Gazette", number 78/15, 118/18 and 110/19). The procedure for the procurement of works is ongoing, and the Procurement Documentation with project documentation has been published in the EOJN of the Republic of Croatia, publication number: 2025/S F02-0011215 (it can also be accessed via the following web link: https://eojn.hr/tender-ca/59301). The estimated value of the works is EUR 4,840,100.00 without VAT, and the estimated value of the furnishing (purchase of furniture and equipment for the purposes of holding classes) is EUR 316,458.00 without VAT, which will be purchased later in the future that it must be delivered after the completion of the works, i.e. after the prerequisites for delivery, which depend on the contractor, have been met. The estimated value of the expert supervision is EUR 217,205.91 excluding VAT, and the procurement process is ongoing.
