Description:
The subject of procurement is the construction of a new elementary school building with a three-part sports hall and other accompanying facilities with the total net area of the school with a hall 5178.63 m2.Newly formed cp no. 2289/3 resulting from cp no. 2289/3, 2291, 2292 and 2294/2, K.O. Pitomac I.
Amendments to the Urban Plan of Arranging Part of the Settlement of Pitomača on the title of the newly formed cp no. 2289/3, resulting from cp no. Pythalmic and intendedis a zone: public and social purpose -školska, tags D5.
The total area of the particle (newly formed cp no. 2289/3. 2289/3, 2291, 2292 and 2294/2) amounts to P = 12,526.00m2.
The elementary school is planned to build on the existing terrain taking into account the height differences providedA detailed decoration plan. The main pedestrian approach to the elementary school building is scheduled from the northwest across the school square, which was formed below the main promenade on the absolute basket + 111.27 mnv.
Existing terrain, is relatively straight, varies at a height of approx.MNV in the northwest, and this project provides that the terrain of the building particle of the school be held relatively straight on the Kota + 111.27 mnv. The southeast of the plot is a surface intended for opening of lower grade students.
