• Description:
• The subject of this public procurement procedure is: "Construction of a building for the Medical Biochemistry Laboratory, the Department of Transfusion Medicine, the Department of Pathology and Cytology and the Department of Palliative Care and Chronic Treatment". The construction of a new building is understood the construction of a hospital building, i.e. a hospital-purpose health facility, which includes new premises for the Department of Transfusion Medicine, the Department of the Medical Biochemical Laboratory, the Department of Pathology and Cytology, and the Department of Palliative Care and Chronic treatment. All works on the construction of the Building must be carried out in accordance with the prepared design and technical documentation and cost estimates. The cost estimate is an integral part of this Procurement Documentation (APPENDIX I) and consists of the following types of work: construction works, artisan works, elevator works, water supply and sewerage works, hydrant network works, mechanical works, electrotechnical works and solar power plant works. All works on the construction of the building must be carried out in accordance with the Act on construction, the Act on spatial planning and construction activities and activities, the Act on chambers of architects and chambers of engineers in construction and spatial planning, the Act on construction products, the Act on waste management, the Act on health care, The Law on the Quality of Health Care and Social Care, the Law on the Protection of Patients' Rights, the Ordinance on Minimum Conditions for Space, Workers and Medical-Technical Equipment for Health Care...
