Construction of the new building of Ana Katarina Zrinski Elementary School Retkovci.
In this public procurement procedure, the client will apply the rules that apply to high-value procurement.
The project plans to:
- Complete demolition of the existing school building,
- Construction of a new, modern elementary school building with modern classrooms, classroom teaching, school kitchen, library, dining room, accompanying sanitary and administrative rooms,
energy for own needs. The supply and installation of a heat pump is planned for the heating and cooling of the building and the preparation of domestic hot water (hereinafter referred to as DHW). with air-cooled condenser.
- Arrangement of outdoor spaces: playgrounds, parking lots, green areas and access roads,
- Connection by a warm corridor with the existing school hall into one common complex.
The new school was designed to be modern, energy efficient and functionally organized P+1 apartment building, with a "warm connection" to the existing sports hall (which remains in use). The school premises include classrooms for class and subject classes, cabinets for working in small groups, a library, an IT classroom, a kitchen with a dining room, utility rooms and sanitary facilities and elevator...
