Description:
The total estimated value of the procurement is € 264,636.00 excluding VAT, and the procurement subject is divided into two (2) groups. Purchase 1 of groups: computers (£ 25034.68) is carried out as a limited public procurement procedure for great value with the use of dynamic procurement system, and for the purchase of 2 groups: petty The peripheral procurement (€ 14,601.32) applies the client to the rules that apply to simple procurement procedures.
The contracting authority conducts a separate procedure for the simple procurement of goods that are objectively detachable in accordance with Article 204 of the PPC 2016, and pursuant to Article 23 of the PSJ 2016 and in accordance with the Rules on the implementation of the procedures Simple procurement at the University of Split, Class: 011-04/22-03/02, Regulation: 2181-202-2-1-1, from 01 January 2023.
