• Collection and further processing of medical/infectious waste for healthcare institutions in the Republic of Croatia GROUP OF PROCUREMENT SUBJECTS 1 The service of collection and further processing of medical-infectious waste The subject of procurement is taking over and further processing medical/infectious (infectious) waste classified according to the key numbers of the Rulebook on waste management (Official Gazette 106/22) prescribed in the cost sheets, namely: -KB 18 01 03* - waste whose collection and disposal is subject to special requirements for prevention infections. - KB 18 01 04 - waste, the collection and disposal of which is not subject to special requirements for the prevention of infection (eg linen, plaster bandages, bedding, disposable clothing, linen, diapers, etc.). In the broadest sense, harmless medically waste that does not have hazardous properties in accordance with positive regulations. The service includes collection and further processing of waste as well as all other manipulative actions (weighing, loading, transport, unloading of waste, emptying of containers that make up secondary packaging, etc.). The aforementioned manipulative actions must be included in the total price of the offer. The tenderer will take away the waste from the collection point with special waste collection vehicles (refrigerated truck for the transport of infectious/contagious waste). The bidder is on at the place of collection is obliged to provide a waste weighing service on a mobile scale that must have a certificate from the State Bureau of Metrology with the mandatory presence of the Client's representative.
